LUX CACHÉ — SHIPPING POLICY

Lux Caché ships all orders through Canada Post to ensure reliable, trackable delivery across Canada and internationally. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within:
• 3-5 business days for in-stock items
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day
Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
2. Shipping Carrier — Canada Post
We exclusively ship with Canada Post using the following service levels:
• Expedited Parcel
• Xpresspost
• Priority
• Tracked Packet (for certain international destinations)
All shipments include:
• Tracking number
• Delivery confirmation
3. Delivery Estimates (Canada Post)
Estimated timelines after your package leaves our facility:
Within Canada:
• Expedited Parcel: 2–7 business days
• Xpresspost: 1–3 business days
• Priority: 1–2 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
• Order Amount $1.00-$900.00 - Shipping $25.00
• Orders over $1000.00 - Free Shipping
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing:
• Your Canada Post tracking number
• A link to track the shipment in real-time
If you do not receive your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Lux Caché is not responsible for:
• Delays caused by Canada Post
• Packages lost or stolen after delivery
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Once a package is marked “Delivered” by Canada Post, the order is considered fulfilled.
For missing or delayed parcels, customers must open a ticket directly with Canada Post.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an address error results in a return-to-sender shipment:
• The customer is responsible for additional shipping fees
• The order will be re-shipped once the corrected address and re-shipping payment are received

9. Shipping During Sales & Peak Seasons
During busy times (holiday season, product launches, promotions), shipping and processing times may extend by 1–3 business days.
